A Self paced program so you can go at your own pace and take it all in along the way. Perfect if you want to do the inner work but on your own schedule?
A program to help women learn more about themselves and unlearn self-betrayal, self sabotage and self-abandonment. Rebuild self acceptance, self empowerment and self-reliance. A non judgemental and safe space for women to feel vulnerable, be open and honest with themselves, grow and connect with yourself.
In this program we will go over all things SELF. Self awareness, self love, shadow self, self acceptance, self confidence, self parenting, self leadership, self-sabotage, self worth, relationship with self and self healing.

Hi, I am Rebecca Curtin
Holisitc Life Coach and Trauma Informed Coach.
I help support women in establishing a strong foundation and personal relationship with themselves, so they can be, do and have everything they could possibly want in this lifetime.
I have not always been the positive women you see I have had my share of challenges, but I would not be the person I am today without these. My personal development journey has evolved the past two years, when I decided to take it more seriously and invest in myself with a number of different coaches. This pivotal moment was when I noticed the most shift in my own personal growth.
I have experience in business, coaching and mentoring as I have previously been managing beauty salons for more than 16 years, this has given me an insight into business and coaching/mentoring where I have learnt a variety of tools and techniques along the way, that I can’t wait to share with you.
I don’t have all the answers and I don’t expect you to either. I do care deeply about helping people in any way I can. I am a human (just like you) who is on her own journey of self growth. Who is right there with you in a safe space where you can be empowered to find your own answers within.
I have a passion for personal development and am constantly learning new skills as I thrive on knowledge. I absolutely love helping people, watching them grow and holding space for them. I created RETURN2self because not only do I have a passion for this, but I have also experienced these topics myself and I want to pass on practical and embodiment tools I personally use on a daily basis to help you return2self.

Let’s break down what we will go over in RETURN2self:
Module 1:
Self-awareness
Our first module together, will be the inner work of awareness of self. We will firstly start with a small welcome and introduction to the group. Self-awareness of who you are, what makes you ‘uniquely you’ and how you respond to the outer world and space around you. You’ll learn to be aware of the things you may be doing or not doing, become aware of your emotions and triggers, feel embodied and integrate this into your everyday life. Feeling aligned with both your inner and your outer world.
Module 2:
Shadow self
This module we will talk all things shadow self and dive into what this means. We will learn about our conscious and our subconscious mind and how this can affect you behaviours now. How we deal with our emotions and react to events in our lives. Learn about trauma and how this plays out in our lives/bodies and our conscious mind sometimes without us knowing. I will teach you how to bring light to your shadow self and give you tools to work through these.
Module 3:
Self-acceptance
Your third module we will cover how to gain full self-acceptance for where you are at in life right now, let go of expectation of the outcome which normally always leads to disappointment. Fully trust that everything is working out just as it should, to help you let go of trying to control everything in your life and remove fear that you aren’t ‘where you want to be’ yet. I help you fall in love with the life you already have, trust the process of the journey, so you can live your life to the fullest.
Module 4:
Self-sabotage
In module four we will cover what self sabotage is and how this can show up in our lives without even knowing it. How self-sabotage can come from self-limiting beliefs. Why you feel you self-sabotage and where this may come from. I will teach you tools and strategies to overcome self-sabotage so you can take radical action towards all you have ever wanted in life.
Module 5:
Self-parenting
Your fifth module into this program and you will learn how to reparent yourself or better known as inner child work. Let’s meet her and see what she has to say about your patterns and behaviour that may be playing out in your life today. This is a week of deep shadow work, healing inner childhood wounds you may have been carrying around with you for all of those years. This week is powerful and healing on so many different levels. I will teach you how to reparent yourself, tap into your inner child playful side and show your inner child the love she deserves.
Module 6:
Self-love
This module we’ll be diving into self love, self leadership and self worth. Self love can be misinterpreted for self care but they are two different topics and this week we will be talking about both topics and of course self worth. Self love can look like taking action when you know this could hurt others, such as ending a relationship, or saying ‘no’ to something or someone knowing this may hurt them. Breaking up with codependency and putting boundaries in place so you can lead the life the way you want. Learning how to create a life from your own inner alignment.
Module 7:
Relationship with Self
Your seventh module we will cover relationship with self and others. I will teach you how to be your your own best friend and validate yourself so you don’t feel you need it from others. The most important and longest relationship you will have is the relationship with yourself. You set the standards for how others treat you, so you will learn how to treat yourself with the respect, love and kindness you deserve.
Module 8:
Self-healing
Our final module together and we will be going over self healing. I will teach you the different between self soothing and self care when it comes to healing and showing yourself the love you desire. I will share practical and spiritual tools you can use to integrate what you have learnt into your every day life. This last session will be our longest one yet as we come to an end of RETURN2self. We will end this program with you feeling like you have RETURN2self and show yourself that unconditional love, self respect, self leadership, self confidence and feel embodied into the wonder women you already are (you have just forgotten how to love yourself along the way).
You teach people how to treat you by deciding what you will and won’t put up with.
FAQ’S
Can I do this group program if I have never done any personal development before?
Yes you sure can, it doesn't matter where you are on your personal development jounrey. I will help guide you and am here to support you in voxer and the private facebook group.
I live overseas can I still do this program?
Yes you can, all sessions are video recorded and the monthly session are held via zoom so anyone, anywhere around the world can join. You can always watch them in your own time.
How long do I have this program for?
It is lifetime access, so you can rewatch this as many times as you like.
Do I need to interact in any of the monthly live sessions?
No you don't have to, you do whatever you are comfortable with. I do encourage you to try get out of your comfort zone and interact but it is whatever you are comfortable with.
How many modules are in this program?
There is 8 modules in this program but some modules do have more than one video to watch per module. You can go at your own pace though and always re-watch a video if you need to.
How many hours are involved in this program?
You will want to allow 90 minutes to 120 minutes for our monthly live video sessions, around one hour for the workbooks and watching the videos (more if you are a note taker) for each module.
What day and time will the monthly live video sessions be?
These will be on a Tuesday. They will be from 7pm to 9pm at the latest (but could finish at 8.30pm if not many Q+A's at the end)
Do you offer refunds if I don't enjoy this program?
Yes I do. If you find you are not enjoying this program then a refund can be arranged 14 days after purchased. Keep in mind any personal development work can be challenging and hard at times, and you may find this work brings up some uncomfortable emotions, which is very normal.
